Over Lotts is inspired by my time working between London and Islay, Scotland, place that shaped much of my 20s. The area of Lotts, found in the island’s south, left a lasting impression with its rolling hills illuminated by the late summer sun. The deep red copper tones in this piece capture the beauty and intensity of that light, evoking the warmth and richness of the landscape.
